A Coaster Race account (Google sign-in) is required to enter tournaments. Your account rating decides your seeding and any first-round byes, and your sign-in email may be used to deliver prizes if you win.
No tournament scheduled.
Test mode fills the field with bots whose matches auto-resolve every few seconds. Your matches auto-win so you can watch the full flow through to the champion screen. Runs on the browser engine regardless of the setting above.
Your details are remembered — fill them in once and every future tournament reuses them.
Entrants need to know who they're dealing with and how to reach you. A brand name plus a working contact does that; a first name alone doesn't. No street address needed — city and state is enough.
Cash or a gift card avoids the two things most likely to go wrong: park passes are usually non-transferable, and naming a park invites a "who sponsors this?" question. Leave the park field blank and the affiliation disclaimer drops out on its own.
Preview first — you publish from inside the preview, after reading it. Publishing freezes the text: rules must not change once entry opens, so the wording is written once and the page renders that copy forever. Publish before you announce the prize.
Loading season…
Saving rebuilds the schedule below. Weeks are counted backwards from Champions, so changing the number of weeks moves the start of the season and leaves every later date alone. Tournaments already drafted or confirmed move with their slot; anything already under way is left exactly as it is.
Drafts are invisible to players. Confirming one makes it eligible for the homepage banner, which appears automatically three days out. Skipping cancels that week only.
Emails come from the address each winner
entered under. Paste them into your mail tool with the invite template in
marketing/emails/. "Sync Champions field" rebuilds the invite-only
allow-list from this ledger (the server also does this automatically in the
three weeks before Champions night).
